Context

Albert Heijn’s Engineering Enablement Platform (EEP), responsible for the infrastructure behind AH Online, needed data-driven visibility into software development performance across the organization. Internal audit also required automated controls around change management and IT infrastructure reliability.

 

Intervention

Started with a solo POC on large-scale collection and reporting of DORA and SPACE metrics across the engineering organization. After demonstrating value, built and led a team around the initiative, pivoting to automate internal audit steps around software development and deployment. Designed the platform architecture, aligned stakeholders, and scaled from prototype to production.
